About Me

My name is Nathan Tatman. I serve as the Outreach Pastor at County Line Church of God. I am passionate about several things. In typical fashion, I made a list:

1. My family. My greatest desire is for my wife and kids to love and serve God however He has called them. I don't always get this right, but at least I'm trying!
2. The Church. I believe that the Church is the hope of the world. I never get tired of hearing how God has transformed a life, family, or an entire community.
3. Develop Leaders. Thus the reason I am writing this blog. I am passionate towards helping people understand the potential they have to impact those around them. 
4. Impact Communities. Government and organizations have their place in the community, but the Church has the ability to become the biggest change agent. 
5. Create Structures. I love to turn perceived chaos into organized steps. If it can't be structured then it can't be understood! (IMHO)

In previous years I have worked as a youth pastor, started (and closed) a coffeehouse and youth center, and a small groups pastor. Alas, it took me 10 years to finish a 4 year degree.
